Jam3 approached me to visualise a pre-event online scavenger hunt app for the xbox scorpio to build anticipation for the upcoming release. A gamified experience to explore geofenced areas near your location for the chance to get your hands on one of the new console in daily auctions. By gaining points as you explore, if you have found one of the nine Xboxes you have to hold on as long as you can to get the chance to be put up for the auction of one of the console. You are able to protect or combat with an online store to be able to steal opponents console, or go off the grid and hide so you able to hold on to the console for as long as you can to get away from hotspots where there is high concentration of players. A dashboard for players which is linked to the app can see how current and past auctions are playing out to see how many points that they would need to win.
